Eligibility
Items must be:
- Unused (no signs of wear or application)
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number)
Quality issues / damaged items: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. You will receive a full refund or replacement, and we cover return shipping.
Free Returns – No Restocking Fee
We provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you. There is no restocking fee.
How to Return
- Email info@hourglasscosmetics.cfd with your order number and item(s) to return.
- Within 1 business day, you will receive a return authorization and a prepaid label.
- Pack items securely, attach the label, and drop off at any carrier location specified.

Refund Timing
- Processing: 1–2 business days after we receive your return
- Credit card refunds: 7–10 business days to appear on your statement
- PayPal refunds: 3–5 business days
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Return the original item and place a new order.
Return Abuse
We reserve the right to refuse returns in cases of suspected fraud, excessive frequency, or policy abuse.
Purchases from Other Sellers
Products not bought directly from hourglasscosmetics.cfd must be returned to the original seller. We cannot process those returns.
