Where We Ship
- United States – all 50 states (excluding P.O. boxes, hotels, freight forwarders)
- Canada – all provinces (excluding remote territories where carriers do not deliver)
We do not ship to other countries.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once processed.
Delivery Times
- United States: 3–6 business days after shipment
- Canada: 4–8 business days after shipment
Times are estimates. Delays may occur due to carriers, weather, or customs (Canada).
Shipping Cost
Free for all orders – no minimum, no hidden fees.
Carriers
We dynamically assign a carrier (USPS, FedEx, UPS, Canada Post, etc.) based on your location. Tracking provided via email.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (Canada Only)
Canadian customers are solely responsible for any import duties, GST/HST/PST, or brokerage fees. These are not included in our prices or shipping cost.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address provided by you or refusal upon delivery, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
